What we collect on this website
- Information you send us in a form: name, business, email, phone, town and your message.
- Basic, privacy-friendly site analytics such as pages visited and referring site. We do not sell this data or use it for cross-site advertising.
- The missed-call calculator runs in your browser. Numbers you type there are not sent to us.

How we use it
- To reply to you and provide services you ask for.
- To send texts only if you checked the text-consent box. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- To keep records required by law and for accounting.
Sec. 03
When we provide services to your business
When we set up AI tools for a client, we process that client's customer information only on the client's instructions, under a written data-processing agreement, using vendors bound by confidentiality and security terms. We act as a processor for that data under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act.
Sec. 05
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of personal information we hold about you, and opt out of any sale or targeted advertising (we do neither). Email [email protected]. We respond within 45 days. If we deny a request you can appeal by replying to our decision, and you can contact the Oregon Department of Justice.
Sec. 06
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purpose, and delete prospect records we no longer need within 24 months.

We will post updates here with a new effective date.
